  Introducing the Scheduled Trigger, a feature that allows you to automate workflows based on a specific frequency. This addition enhances the flexibility and efficiency of managing tasks and reports.

  Here's what you can do:

  • Schedule workflows to run daily, weekly on a specific day, or monthly on a specific day
  • Opt for a workweek schedule from Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday
  • Configure one-time runs for precise task timing

  

Enhancements

• Now, you can quickly view the specific apps included in both active and completed access review campaigns directly from the list view. This improvement makes it faster to identify the campaign you're looking for without the need to navigate to the details page.

  

• We’ve improved the Access Review user list to make recommendations clearer and reviews faster:

  1. Role and Recommendation columns are now selected by default and always visible
  2. Recommendations are displayed as colorful badges, making Torii’s AI insights easier to spot

• New User.ID Personalization Token in Workflows

  The new User.ID personalization token is now available. Here's what you can do:

  • Utilize the User.ID token to tailor workflows more accurately to individual users
  • Improve the personalization of automated processes

• Jira Cloud Service Account Authentication

  Jira Cloud integration can now be connected with a service account authentication using OAuth 2.0 client credentials. This update provides a more secure and streamlined connection method.

  Here's what you can do:

  • Assign user roles to streamline access management
  • Unassign user roles to maintain security and relevance

  Please note, these new actions require an additional scope. You'll need to reconnect your Google integration to take advantage of these capabilities.

  

Enhancements

• Scheduled reports now include new scheduling options: Monday–Friday and Sunday–Thursday.
• Gain a comprehensive view of Google user roles, encompassing both custom roles and Google’s standard system roles. Please note, this enhancement necessitates an additional permission scope. To access the updated role data, reconnecting the integration is required.
• Jira Cloud integration now supports service account authentication using OAuth 2.0 client credentials, alongside the existing User Basic Auth option.
• Easily track when each app's last access review was completed with the new 'Access review completed on' column in the Applications table. This feature enhances visibility and helps prioritize which apps need your attention.

Enhancements

• Now, you can expedite access reviews for non-integrated apps without the need for an immediate user list upload, provided the existing list is accurate. While we still advise updating your user list for the most current data, this update allows for quicker review processes when you're confident in your existing data.

• Reassign Access Review ✍️

  Torii Identity

  You can now reassign active access reviews directly from the Access Reviews page or the Tasks page. If the app owner has left, or the review was assigned to someone who isn’t familiar with the app, simply click “Edit assignees” and choose a new reviewer. The access review task is reassigned immediately, and the new owner is notified to complete the review.
