Access governance now includes automated remediation workflows that can help teams close the loop on reviews and policy deviations. New tooling surfaces high-risk deviations first, lets reviewers trigger actions directly from the review interface, and enables delegatees to decline reassigned work. The request lifecycle is now fully visible in a unified detail view, and provisioning workflows can explicitly end without granting access.
Flexible cost allocation and enhanced expense visibility
Smart Cost Allocation lets teams configure cost allocation across their entire SaaS portfolio at once, with automatic strategy selection and daily recalculation. New filtering options for NetSuite and Business Central, plus a visible Department column on expenses, can help teams code spend more precisely and track costs by team or business unit.
More composable and intelligent workflows
Workflows can now chain together, trigger custom HTTP requests with automatic credential management, and include required form fields. New tokens for execution IDs and access-profile names make audit trails easier to build, and Markdown formatting is supported in emails and reports. AI-powered editing extends to existing custom integrations built in the Integration Builder.
Expanded integration catalog and data visibility
Fifteen new integrations—including TeamCity, Brex, Drata, Grip Security, Hive, and Sisense—joined the catalog recently, along with enhanced support for NetSuite user custom fields, Iru (Kandji) device fields, and continuous contract sync for Zip. The Torii MCP Server is now available in the Claude Connectors directory.
