Smarter Access Governance, Expanded Integration Coverage, and Streamlined Workflows
Torii Identity recently introduced capabilities that can help you move from discovery to remediation faster, integrate with more tools across your stack, and automate complex access scenarios with less manual work. These updates focus on tightening your governance loop, reducing friction in provisioning, and keeping visibility consistent as your environment grows.
Faster, more complete access governance
Access Governance now supports automated remediation inside access reviews and directly from the Policy Deviations tab, letting you fix incorrect permissions or create tasks without leaving the workflow. Multi-role deviations can now be remediated, and the deviations tab opens on critical-system issues by default, with four risk-focused filters to surface elevated permissions and unauthorized access immediately.
Deeper visibility into access requests
A new drill-down page now shows the full lifecycle of every access request in a unified timeline—approvals, provisioning, temporary grants, cancellations, and manual overrides. The main requests table also gained columns for who is waiting on an approval and how long each request has been open, making bottlenecks easier to spot and act on.
More flexible provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
Provisioning workflows can now end on an explicit Access Not Granted node, ensuring requesters receive accurate notifications and no temporary access is triggered. You can also chain workflows together with a new Trigger Another Workflow action, and form fields in workflow tasks now support required-field validation to reduce incomplete submissions.
Broader integration ecosystem and deeper control
Sixteen new integrations arrived in the last month—including TeamCity, Alchemer, Sisense, Grip Security, Brex, Drata, Hive, and Planhat—bringing more of your stack under unified management. Integration Builder now supports AI-driven editing for existing integrations, and you can request custom OAuth scopes at connect time to support advanced use cases and custom actions.
- Automated remediation can help you close governance loops faster and with less manual work
- Unified request timelines and risk-focused views make audits and SLA tracking simpler
- Broader integration coverage means fewer blind spots across your SaaS environment
- Flexible workflows and validation can help reduce provisioning errors and support overhead
- AI-driven editing and custom scopes unlock advanced automation without vendor delays
Review your open policy deviations, explore the new request detail pages, and check the Integrations page for newly supported apps.
