Access Profiles: Multiple Access Policies per App ✨

Access Profiles lets you configure multiple access request policies on a single app — each with its own name, approval flow, provisioning workflow, and eligibility groups. End users pick the right profile from a dropdown in the request modal; admins manage everything from one place.

• Multiple policies per app — create, duplicate, and delete them (every app always keeps at least one)
• App page management — the "Appears in catalog" box shows a per-policy table with approval flow, provisioning workflow, groups, and request counts
• End-user profile picker — approval chain is previewed before submitting
• Workflow integration — use the requested profile as an if/else branching condition or personalization token in provisioning workflows
• Filter, sort & report — new Access Profile column on the Requests page and dashboards; Approval Flows and Provisioning Workflows tabs show which profiles each is wired to
