Add custom OAuth scopes when connecting integrations ✨

Customers can now request additional OAuth scopes at connect time, beyond the defaults Torii selects. This is especially useful when a Custom Action requires access to endpoints that standard scopes don't cover — simply enter the exact scope needed and it will be included in the authorization request.
