Orgs using a custom OpenAI API key now see a warning on Settings → AI Settings when Torii can't use it — whether the key is invalid, expired, out of quota, or rate limited. The warning names the reason and the affected AI feature, and clears automatically on the next successful call or when the key is replaced.
