App Access Catalog is now generally available ✨

The App Access Catalog — previously in Labs — is now live for all customers, replacing the classic Application Catalog. Your existing configuration carries over automatically. It gives you full control over how employees discover and request access to applications, with automated approvals and provisioning built in.

• Decide who can request what. Use dynamic groups (by department, location, or role) to control eligibility per app.
• Standardize approvals. Auto-approve routine requests or route sensitive ones through a defined approval flow.
• Automate provisioning. Access is granted automatically once a request is approved — zero manual work.
• Grant temporary access. Set a time limit on access; Torii revokes or downgrades it automatically when it expires.
• Tailor access per app. Create multiple access profiles (e.g. standard vs. admin) so users request exactly what they need.
• See every request in one place. Track pending, approved, rejected, and past requests with predefined views, CSV export, and dashboard reporting.
• Request access from Slack. Employees can request apps directly via the Torii Slack Agent.
