App catalog configuration enhancements:

1. The default access request policy has a default badge
2. Policies for apps that were removed from the catalog have App removed from catalog badge
3. A list of apps configured with default policy can be viewed in a popup.
4. If the App Catalog is not visible to employees, the “Request access” button is hidden, or the button action is not configured to run policies, we will display warnings at the top of the Access-Request Policies tab.
