App Catalog Request Pages with Full Activity Trail ✨

Employees can now open any access request from the App Catalog and see exactly where it stands.

• Request page — click a card in Requests to see the full activity trail: submission time, each approval step (who approved, who's waiting and for how long, decline reasons), access setup, and expiry details for temporary access.
• Cancel — pending requests can be canceled directly from the request page.
• Catalog entry point — apps with an open request show a View request link in their detail modal.
