A new Access Governance setting lets you decide if app owners (both primary owner and all app owners) should automatically be allowed any access to the app, so that they are never flagged for Unauthorized access or Role mismatch deviations on the apps they own.
- Applies to both direct and IdP group policies.
- Denied rules always take precedence, even for owners.
- Owners without access that should have access by birthright still show as Missing access.
- Policy is enabled by default.
- Toggling the setting re-runs all active policies, updating deviations within minutes.
