Improved handling of returning (boomerang) users

Fixed an issue where stale custom field values (e.g., HiBob Termination Date) were preserved for users who left and later rejoined the organization. When a returning user is detected, Torii now automatically clears outdated custom field values and retains only the current data from the source system.
