New offboarding delegate action: Create Freshservice Ticket 🎫

You can now use the Create Freshservice Ticket action within your Offboarding Settings to automatically open a Freshservice ticket when an offboarding process starts. Torii will then monitor the ticket's status and automatically reflect its progress throughout the offboarding workflow, making it easy to track tasks and completion in one place.
