Remediate policy deviations directly from Access Governance 🔧

Access Governance → Policy Deviations now supports per-row remediation actions on hover! This feature enhances Torii's end-to-end governance loop solution by allowing you to take action immediately on any discovered deviation.

• Remediate now — Torii automatically fixes the incorrect access (adds/removes it, or sets the expected role)
• Create task — when automatic remediation isn't possible, opens a task for the app owner
• Actions Taken - A new column that links the resulting workflow execution or task, keeping every remediation fully traceable
