Request App Access on Behalf of Someone Else ✨

Managers and designated users can now request app access for another person directly from the App Catalog, Slack, or Teams.

• The requestee only sees apps and profiles they are eligible for.
• Approvers, the Requests page, and exports display both names — who it's for and who submitted it.
• Admins control who can do this: managers for their reporting line, specific groups for everyone, or both.

Torii now builds your org hierarchy from the manager field in your IdP/HR system — configure it in Settings → Users & Employees → Organizational hierarchy. Off by default; enable it in App Catalog → Settings → Request access to an application.
