Send Torii Emails From Your Own Domain ✉️

Enterprise admins can now verify a company domain in Settings → Emails and send organization emails from a custom address (e.g. it@acme.com) instead of hello@toriihq.com.

• Setup: add two DNS records, verify the domain, and use Send test email to confirm before going live.
• Smart sender selection: system emails (login, invites) always come from Torii; organization emails use your configured address; emails sent on behalf of a user use that user's address when their domain is verified.
• Replies reach the actual sender: when an email is sent on behalf of a user, for example from a workflow, replies go directly back to that user. Previously, these replies went to hello@toriihq.com and weren't accessible to end users.
• Automatic fallback: if domain verification lapses, Torii falls back to hello@toriihq.com so delivery is never interrupted.
