Tasks: 'completed From' Channel Now Visible in Task Reports 🎉

Admins can now see which channel each task was completed from — Slack, Microsoft Teams, Email, Employee Portal, Torii, or Escalation. A new 'Completed from' column appears in the Completed Tasks table, dashboards, and the task drill-down page, with full support for filtering, sorting, and CSV export.
