The IF ELSE Branch Action is now Supported in License Not in Use Trigger and in App Access Request Policies! 🧩
You can now create branches based on the properties of a user who has stopped using an assigned license or has requested access to an app through the Application Catalog. Example use cases:
- Specify that approval requests be sent to executives before revoking their licenses, while licenses for other employees are removed immediately.
- Determine that if a user is part of the Sales department and requests access to Salesforce, they will be automatically provided with a license. However, if a user is from a different department, they will need approval from the app owner before access is granted. Read more about it here
